Return & Refund Policy

At Lumessia Paris, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging
  • Not a final sale or clearance item

To initiate a return, email us at lumessiaparis@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty and skincare products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lumessiaparis@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
